If you do you will get a message sounding "dlc-hack detected", game restarts and the hacked dlc-cars change into pink miami-mustangs. Sorry, but what is that for a dump question? You have to be registered there to buy DLCs. The same account you use to play online. So how would you manage that with an illegal copy. And btw even when you have an original copy and only play offline, you wouldn't get the DLCs. They are only available in online mode.
So i suggest you buy a legal copy of the game, register, buy some Atari-token and then buy the DLC-stuff ingame. At some marketplaces you can purchase the game now for under 10 Euro or Dollar. It's obvious you're trying to steal this content and no-one here is going to help you achieve that.
