I want to cancel that order now as I don't have anyone to receive that order at receiving end. Every time I contacted customer care they said we will try to ship it today but nothing happened. They always says order can't be cancelled but the order not yet prepared to ship and I don;t understand why I cant cancel it.

I wanted to escalate this issue to upper management but I didn't get any info from customer care. They keep insisting me to return the order once shipped. If that is the case then why don't you dell guys cancel the order before it gets shipped. Go to Solution.
